Step 2 – Click on ‘Colleges’ and type the college’s name in the search bar.
Step 3 – The college profile appears after clicking on ‘BCM College Kottayam.
Step 4 – Navigate to and click on the ‘Apply Now’ or ‘Request to Apply’ tab available on the top left of the page.
Step 5 – It will redirect you to the official website where the registration procedure takes place.
Step 6 – Register yourself by providing your personal and academic details.
Step 7 – Process the payment of the application fee through any online mode of application.
Step 8 – Save your duly filled application form and payment receipt for future reference.

Documents Required to be Submitted
- The Allotment Memo received online.
- Certificate to prove date of birth. (2 copies)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate. (Original)
- Mark lists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent examination. (Original and Copy)
- Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from other Boards/Institutes/governments, except BOARD OF HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION Kerala, VHSE Kerala, THSE Kerala, CBSE and CISCE
- Migration Certificate, if applicable.
- Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates. Any other documents required to be produced by the Head of Institution.
- Community Certificate along with non-creamy layer certificate(as per Government rules) from the revenue authorities concerned in the case of SEBC candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category. The non-creamy layer certificate should not have been issued earlier than 12 months prior to the submission of application.
- Income and Asset Certificate from the revenue authorities concerned as stipulated in GO (MS)No. 128/2020/H Edn dated 20/03/2020 in the case of candidates who wish to avail of reservation under EWS.
- Candidates who wish to avail of bonus/weightage of marks shall produce the relevant certificates.
- A copy of Aadhar card.
- Two Passport Size Photos
- A copy of Bank Passbook (If Eligible for E-Grant)
