Admission Procedure:
The admission in Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College is based on the rank obtained in UPSEE/ JEE Mains and percentage of the subjects obtained in PCM in 12th Class.
Minimum Eligibility:
The minimum qualification for B-Tech admission in AKGEC is intermediate (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (with minimum 45% marks) and 40% marks for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories.

Placement: some company like Infosys, TCS, BOSCH etc visit inside this college and give placement on average of 5 lakh rs package.

Placement: very little companies come for people other than cs/it. No placements for electrical and mechanical. No instruments for Civil people available in labs. Only one mass recruiter comes to college which doesnot affect much over campus pacement as same people are recruited again and again

Faculty: There are some really good teachers in the college.
They have good knowledge over there subjects.
Some teachers use presentations to teach as there is lcd projector fitted in each classroom
