The popularity of course and college is also very significant from the number of registration taking place every year in the national level engineering entrance exams like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, BITSAT, VITEEE, WBJEE, and others.

Interesting facts about Engineering in India

  • As per the studies were done in the past few years, the result shows that every year India produces 1.5 million engineers from approx. 4000 institutes and surprisingly it is more than the engineers of USA and China combined.
  • Every year around 1.2 to 1.5 million candidates appear for the JEE Main, scores of which are valid for taking admissions in all other Engineering Colleges of India.
  • 2, 20,000 candidates in the year 2017 qualified JEE Main to appear for the JEE Advanced.
