SSC CHSL Tier 1 Examination Pattern

1.Skills Test for Data Entry Operator (DEO)

2. Skill Test for DEO at the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG):

Candidates for the DEO post in the C&AG's Office should be able to type 15,000 keystrokes per hour. The skill test lasts 15 minutes, and candidates will be given written material in English with around 3700-4000 key-depressions to type into the test computer.

3. Skill Test for Lower Division Clerks (LDC) and Junior Secretariat Assistants (JSAs):

Candidates for the posts of LDC/JSA and PA/SA must be able to type 10,500 keystrokes per hour. The skill exam lasts 15 minutes, and candidates will be given written material in English with approximately 9000 key-depressions/hour to type into the test computer.
