- Fill out a competitive application:Write a competitive personal statement and other additional documents that the scholarship board you applied for might require.
- Deadline: Fill out the scholarship application form and all accompanying documents before the stated deadline. Make sure you have included all the required information and that all documents are easily readable.
- Interviews or Additional Rounds: There are some scholarship awards that require an additional round of processes such as interviews, essays and so forth before the scholarship award is announced. Be ready to defend your skills and aspirations.
- Apply for the study abroad program: If you won a scholarship, you need to apply for the study abroad program and make sure that you observe the necessary procedures including submitting transcripts, test scores, and other documents.
