UNIPUNE Student Profile System (SPS) is a comprehensive, one-time/permanent profile management solution tailored to students. Upon registration, students gain access to a unified account that remains consistent across various online platforms within the university ecosystem throughout their academic tenure, from the inception of their course to the completion of their degree.

Features of UNIPUNE SPS:

1. One-Time/Permanent Profile Management: SPS facilitates a singular profile creation process, ensuring efficiency and consistency in student account management.
2. Unified Account Usage: Registered students can seamlessly utilize their SPS account across multiple online applications within the university's digital infrastructure, enhancing accessibility and convenience throughout their academic journey.
3. Account Validation Mechanism: The system rigorously enforces a policy against duplicate accounts, employing stringent checks based on unique identifiers such as Aadhaar number (for Indian Students), Passport Number (for International Students), Email ID, and Mobile Number. Only one account per student is permissible, maintaining data integrity and security.

Account Creation Requirements:

1. PUNCODE: A distinct 10-digit code assigned to each college by the university, retrievable through the user's login credentials.
2. Eligibility Number: Essential for profile creation, this unique identifier is allocated to students upon completion of eligibility procedures by the college via the eligibility online portal. Students are advised to contact their respective colleges to obtain this number.
3. PRN (Permanent Registration Number): This number, issued to students upon their initial appearance for university examinations, is mandatory for profile creation. It is prominently displayed on the student's university mark sheet.
4. Previous Exam Marksheet: Students are required to have their previous examination marksheet readily available during the profile creation process.
5. Photo (Passport Size): A scanned copy of the student's passport-sized photograph in JPEG format, with a file size not exceeding 300KB, is to be submitted for profile verification.
6. Signature: A scanned copy of the student's signature in JPEG format, with a file size not exceeding 50KB for profile completion.

UNIPUNE Exam Form 2024: Steps to create a profile

Students who appear in the UNIPUNE exam must first create a profile and fill out the UNIPUNE exam form. We have mentioned the steps to follow for the successful submission of the form.

• Click on the ‘Create Account’
• Fill out the necessary information and verify your Email and Phone No.

To fill out the UNIPUNE Exam Form, follow the steps mentioned below:

• Click on the ‘Proceed to Login’

• In the next tab, Click on the ‘Login’ option and enter your email ID and mobile number

• Take the printout of the form for future reference
