Features of Nirankari Rajmata Scholarship Scheme
1.This Scholarship Scheme is open to all the students, who fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down herein below and wish to pursue higher study in India only. The 50% of Scholarship amount is reserved for girls. However, this amount can be used for other students, if eligible girl students are lesser than the reserved level.
2. For this Scholarship Scheme, a duly constituted committee of Education Department of Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation will examine the economic status of the applicant's family and their own financial standing. This committee shall consist of four members, namely, Member Education, Administrator, one Educationist and one Advocate. The committee shall take into consideration all factors such as the pattern of livelihood in the family, the kind and number of dependents, the socio-economic strata of the family, financial requirements of the student and the family, the nature of schooling and academic merit of the applicant, and other parameters like attitude and behavior of the applicant and his family or any other aspect as may be decided by the Committee from time to time. In certain cases, the education committee may recommend inspection of the home and the living standard of the family. As recommended by this Committee, Financial aid will be
granted to those promising and needy students.
3. Financial aid available for an applicant would be decided based on the individual's requirement and capability to pursue the course. The student applying would require to have in hand an offer of admission in any of the following disciplines in Institutions/Colleges recognized conducted by state/central government and have obtained marks not less than 90% in class xii of the examination:
- Graduate Degree in Medicine in Allopathic and/or Ayurvedic and/or Homeopathic.
- Graduate Degree in any discipline of Engineering.
- MBA / PGDM.
- Architecture.
- Chartered Accountancy after securing a minimum of 90% marks in class XII and
qualifying CPT conducted by Institutions of Chartered Accountants of India. - CFA after securing a minimum of 90% marks in Class XII and qualifying Foundation
Test. - LLB after securing a minimum of 90% marks in Class XII and passing Entrance Test
for LLB or after qualifying Degree Exams. - Journalism and Mass Communication
4. The applicant should have been granted admission in any one of the Institutions/Colleges recognized by the Govt. of India, through a written competitive examination. A student secturing admission through Management/Convenor Quota or any other Quota (method) except a WRITTEN COMPETITIVE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION shall not be considered for scholarship. The Education Committee will access the same on case to case basis.
5. This scholarship is open for students as under:
- 1st year students of all the courses mentioned above.
- All the beneficiaries of our previous year scholarship scheme, if eligible and otherwise in order. These students are required to obtain minimum 75% marks
every year in their further examinations after class twelfth and in rare cases recommendation of Committee.
6. In the event of the non-passing of the examination in any year by the student during the The scholarship shall be held disbursed for that course, if the student could not appear at the examination during that year. However, in case the student could not take the examination for that year owing to circumstances over which he/she has no control, the Member Education may consider such case on merit for restoration of the scholarship after verification of supporting documents submitted.
7. The process of making an application for consideration of the request for providing financial assistance does not itself confer any right on the student / applicant to the grant of financial assistance under this scheme. The grant of financial assistance is subject to a check against the eligibility and capability criteria set out under this scheme. The decision of Education Committee, SNCF shall be final in this regard and no request for reconsideration of the recommendations shall be entertained further.
8. For the final year of the course, 25% of the fee will be paid only on receipt of the mark sheet of the final year and feedback form sent by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation.
9. The application for scholarship to deserving students will be invited every year so that their financial status and other criteria like academic performance and behavioural / attitudinal aspects for selection can be reviewed before making payment of tuition fee for that particular year. The tuition fees for the entire course will not be sanctioned/approved at one go.
10. Only Tuition Fee will be paid. (The maximum ceiling of the benefit will be Rs. 75,000/- per year per student).

Submission of Application Form
- Duly filled-in application form with all the requisite documents should be submitted to the Member Education, Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation on or before the closing date for submission of applications viz November 30, 2024. No application will be received after this date.
- No column of the form should be left blank.
- Cheques to successful candidates will be distributed by March 20, 2025.
Application Consideration Procedure
- Interview Requirement: Eligible students may be summoned for interview by the Education Committee when deemed necessary.
- Producing Documents: If necessary, original documents shall be produced to substantiate the eligibility for financial aid.
- Self attested Copies: The applicant shall also bring with him the self-attested copies of all the relevant documents he used to substantiate his claim of eligibility.
- Attendance Policy: Those applicants and their parents failing to appear for the interview on the scheduled date and time would lose their opportunities for financial aids. Request for rescheduling after the due date will not be considered except on account of extraordinary reasons subject to prior approval from Member Education at the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation.
