NEET Cut off 2022 Tamil Nadu: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) will announce the cut off marks for NEET 2022 soon after the declaration of NEET results. The DME will publish the NEET 2022 cut off in two forms: All India Quota (AIQ) and state quota. The admission process in MBBS consists of seat allotment and counseling sessions. The NEET Cut off 2022 Tamil Nadu is the last rank at which a candidate is granted a seat in medical colleges. It comprises of the NEET rank as well as score attained by the candidate. The cut-off marks for NEET Tamil Nadu varies as per the category, courses, and colleges. For each round of admission, the conducting authority will publish separate cut offs. There will be three rounds for NEET 2022 counselling session.

Types of NEET Cut off 2022 for MBBS in Tamil Nadu

NEET Cut off 2022 for MBBS in Tamil Nadu 15% AIQ

Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is the authorizing body to hold counseling sessions for MBBS admissions under AIQ quota. It means that out of the total seats in medical colleges in India, 15% will be reserved for candidates from pan India. The cut offs released by MCC will remark the last rank for each of the categories and the NEET score required to get admissions into colleges.

NEET Cut off 2022 for MBBS in Tamil Nadu 85% State Quota

Another authorized body named as Directorate of Medical Education (DME) will organize 85% state quota seats. The official body will release separate cut offs for medical and dental colleges in Tamil Nadu. The cut off will remark NEET scores, closing rank, and AIR. In the state quota, 85% seats are reserved for the categories like Scheduled Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC).
