NEET 2019 is scheduled to be conducted on May 5, 2019, by the National Testing Agency (NTA). NTA is an autonomous agency, established by the Government of India to conduct higher education entrance examinations. Earlier, NEET examination was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The online application form for NEET 2019 has been released on the official of the NTA at nta.ac.in.
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, known as NEET is scheduled to be conducted on May 5, 2019, between 2 pm to 5 pm. The examination schedule will remain unchanged even if the date of the test is declared a public holiday.

The candidate is required to select the examination centre while filling the NEET Application Form.
NEET question paper will carry common syllabus notified by the Medical Council of India which was implemented in the year 2013. NEET is the only examination conducted by NTA which can be taken in both online and offline mode.
NEET 2019 Question Paper will carry 180 multiple-choice objective-type questions, further divided into three sections i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology). The time duration of the examination will be 3 hours.
The candidate will be awarded an additional 4 marks for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
