Kashmir University Distance Education Latest Updates
12 July, 2024: Kashmir University has requested interested individuals to fill out an application form for several Distance PG courses for the 2024-25 session. Application Window open till July 31, 2024.
The University of Kashmir established the Directorate of Distance Education in 1976 to provide education across various disciplines through Open and Distance Learning (ODL). The institute offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, PG Diploma, and Certificate Programs are available at the university. The university offers only a B.Ed at the undergraduate level and a Kashmiri certificate. Kashmir University Distance Education will include UG and certificate programs soon. Directorate of Distance Education, Kashmir University offers MA, M.Sc, MAUR, M.Com, MAIS, and M.Ed programs. Additionally, the university provides Diplomas in Science, Management, and Arts.
Candidates for all courses are selected by qualifying exam scores. Admissions are held in June–July each year. There is no age limit for course admission. Admission is exclusively done online, thus applicants must apply online.
