The schedule for document verification for the Karnataka PGCET 2022 exam begins on January 3, 2023. The Karnataka Examination Authority will begin the Karnataka PGCET counselling process within a month of the results being released. Candidates will be required to participate in the document verification process as the first step in the Karnataka PGCET 2022 counselling process. On the day of counselling, candidates must go through the option entry process. Candidates must register on the KEA before proceeding with the seat selection procedure.
Students applying for admission must visit the help center to register according to their ranks and schedule. The exam authorities will establish help centers throughout the state to assist with all registration and counseling processes. After document verification, candidates are given a secret key to register and a password of their choice for logging into the online option entry portal. Candidates can use this secret key to log in, enter options, change options, save and delete options, and print allotment details.
The seat matrix is delivered to KEA prior to the start of the first round of seat allotment. After the seat matrix is published, option entry will begin. The official website publishes information about the seats available for allotment by college, course, and category. Seats are assigned in accordance with the seat matrix.
Candidates who have finished their verification process are eligible to participate in the option entry process. Candidates must enroll in the course or college of their choice from the available seats. Candidates should select all disciplines at the same time. There is no restriction on the number of options that can be entered. The options saved on the server the previous day will be frozen. Only the frozen options are considered for seat allocation. Candidates are advised to print a copy of the options they have selected.
