JEE Advanced 2024 Exam Updates: JEE Advanced is a national-level examination conducted by IIT every year for admission to the prestigious Institute of Information Technology(ies) in India. This year the JEE Advanced Exam will be conducted on 26th May 2024 by IIT Madras. IIT Guwahati conducted the JEE Advanced Exam 2023.
JEE Advanced Exam Pattern 2024: Aspirants appearing for the JEE Advanced Exam must be extra cautious because, unlike JEE Main, the JEE Advanced Exam Pattern changes unpredictably every year. However, the aspirants can prepare for the JEE Advanced Exam by understanding the past JEE Advanced Exam Pattern.
The JEE Advanced exam consists of 2 papers - paper 1 and paper 2 and is conducted as a computer-based test only. Each paper lasts 3 hours, and to pass the JEE Advanced Exam, it is mandatory to appear for both papers. JEE Advanced is categorized as the 5th toughest exam in the world and only 25% of aspirants clear the exam. Also, JEE Advanced or IIT JEE is the sole criterion for admission to the top IITs for B.Tech.

The JEE Advanced Exam Pattern 2023 consisted of 51 questions in total for both papers (17 in each subject) carrying a total weightage of 180 Marks. The JEE Advanced Total Marks for 2023 were 360.
