Recent Update: The first Assam ITI 2023 Allotment has been made available online. It is a state-level admissions process that is managed online. The Assam Directorate of Employment and Craftsman Training will provide admission. Based on their qualifying test merit scores, candidates will be narrowed down for admission.
At the state level, the Assam Directorate of Skill, Employment and Craftsmen Training has begun the admissions process for the Assam Industrial Training Institute. By this, a candidate would be able to enroll in a variety of ITI (Engineering/Non-Engineering) programmes at public or private institutions in the state of Assam. Before applying for Assam ITI, the candidate must confirm their eligibility. The merit list will be used to provide admission. A place will be assigned to each candidate in one of Assam's ITI Colleges. The seat allocation will be based on the applicants' scores and preferences.

Assam ITI's application form will be accessible on its official website. Notifications and announcements are also made via the Assam ITI online page. Admission to ITI Assam is handled at the state level. Once a year, the authorities issue a notification to give admission to ITI courses. Selected applicants are admitted to the State Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in different SCVT trades, NCVT / CoE trades and SCVT under IMC trades through this method. The admission procedure is solely done online, and the applicants who are offered a seat in the ITI program are chosen from a merit list. The administrators will create a merit list of the students who have been shortlisted for admission based on their grades.

Assam's major coordinating body for ITIs is the Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training. To gain admission to various ITI institutes in Assam, students must submit an admission application to DECT, Assam. Assam's Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training has issued an official announcement on admission to Assam's Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) for a variety of courses. For the session 2023, online applications are being accepted from eligible and interested individuals for admission to NCVT/CoE trades, SCVT trades, IMC under SCVT (SCVT trades conducted by IMC in select ITIs) under the Craftsman Training Scheme.
To get admission, students must attend e-counseling, which will be conducted by the department, but first, they must register or submit an online application for this admission through the DECT, Assam's official application site. Candidates can also complete their online application for admission to ITI by following the easy procedures outlined below-
Before beginning the online application procedure, applicants must gather the necessary papers. To complete the application procedure, all papers listed below must be uploaded to the official online portal. All files should be between 20KB and 200KB in size.

The specifics of the ITI entrance fee, which must be paid by candidates following seat allocation, are provided in the below table. Candidates must, however, follow the guidelines outlined in the seat assignment letter and ordered by the college's principal.

The Merit List will be published on the official website of the Directorate of Employment & Craftsmen Training, Assam, on the Provide Schedule, and applicants will be shortlisted in the merit list based on their marks achieved in the previous qualifying examination. On September 21, 2023, the Assam ITI 2023 Generation of Rank became accessible. The names of qualifying and selected candidates who have submitted their Application Forms will be shown on the Merit List.

SCVT trade test results and certifications are available from the individual ITIs.
Counseling for ITI Admission 2023 will begin in due course, in accordance with the admission timetable. Only when the papers have been verified will the qualified candidates be permitted to participate in the selection process. Candidates must choose the course and college of their choosing during the counseling process in order to get admitted.
Following that, the relevant authorities will evaluate the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination and compile the merit list appropriately. As a consequence, the seat allotment results for each round will be announced, and successful candidates will be required to go to the college/institute of their choice for additional admission requirements.
