The IIM Ahmedabad PGPX Placement successfully concluded in June 2024. As per the placement record of IIMA, most of the batch got placed in the 4-day placement drive.
IIM Ahmedabad PGPX Placement 2024 - Highlights
- A total of 105 companies visited the IIMA campus this year.
- More than 150 offers were made.
- There were 67 companies which were the new recruiters of IIM Ahmedabad PGPX program.
- Accenture, Persistent Systems, Adani Group, RPC Group, and Eli Lilly made the highest number of offers.
- Out of 147 graduation students, 126 students got on campus placement.
- Only 5 students remained uplaced.
- The highest domestic CTC of IIM Ahmedabad was INR 54.80 lakh. The mean and median CTC was INR 36.41 lakh and INR 35 lakh respectively.
- The highest domestic package has dropped drastically. It was INR 1 Crore+ for the 2023 placement batch.
- The mean and median CTC has however improved implying that the overall placements for the PGPX batch have been the excellent ones.
- There were 2 international offers made. These offers were for Frankfurt, Germany. The international placement package was USD 1.26 lakh. The offer was made in the IT Solutions sector for Marketing and Sales.
- The highest number of offers is seen in Consulting (36).
- Location-wise, the highest offers were saturated at Bengaluru (45).

Maximum Earning Potential
- The maximum earning potential is the sum of the total guaranteed cash components, maximum performance linked variable pay, and all the other components of salary that are part of the offer. This can also include ESOPs, PF, relocation allowances, and other perks.
Fixed Yearly Cash Component
- It is the total of the annual basic salary and additional guaranteed cash components.
One-time Cash Payment
- As the name suggests, it’s the remuneration given to a candidate as a one time cash benefit. It is usually processed at the time of joining.
Total Guaranteed Cash Component
- It is the sum of fixed yearly cash components and one time cash payment.
