How to Crack JEE Main 2019 with Board Exams

JEE Main is the national level engineering entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admissions in various B.Tech. and B.E. programmes offered by the government and private engineering colleges. JEE Main 2019 is scheduled to be conducted between January 6, 2019, to January 20, 2019.

Every year lakhs of student appear for JEE Main examination and from this year the examination will be conducted twice a year. The candidates appearing for JEE Main January 2019 are quite confused as they need to appear for board exam as well as JEE Main exam. As we know that it's difficult to focus on two examinations simultaneously, following are few tips to crack JEE Main 2019 with board examination.

Easy Tips to Crack JEE Main with Boards exam:

#1. Understand the Syllabus:

Before you start preparing for the examination, understand the JEE Main syllabus meticulously. Knowing the syllabus will enable you to categorize easy and tough topics. There would be numerous such topics which carry heavy weightage in Boards exam too. Separate all such topics and categorize the syllabus.

#2. Plan a Strategy:

After understanding the syllabus, plan a strategy accordingly. Maintain a balance between tough topics and easy topics and don't leave any topic uncovered. Study for at least 7-8 hours daily. You can always take short breaks of 10-15 minutes after every 2-3 hours of rigorous studies.

#3. Don't ignore NCERT books:

As NCERT books focus on clearing the fundaments of each topic, don't forget to cover all the topics from NCERT. Apart from the theory section, also try to attempt each question given in the NCERT books. In case of Mathematics, you can solve NCERT miscellaneous exercise and easily score above 90 percent in the JEE Main 2019 exam.

#4. Take mock tests regularly:

Mock test will provide you an idea about actual JEE Main examination and taking mock tests regularly will enable you to analyze which section takes more time. Always evaluate your performance in mock tests and try to eliminate your weaker areas.

#5. Revise thoroughly:

Start revising all the topics of JEE Main at least 7-8 days before the examination day. If you want to score well in the upcoming JEE Main examination, then schedule a timetable for revision of all the topics.
