PSI Stand for the Police Sub Inspector, PSI is an acronym for this position. The lowest-ranking police officer authorized to present a charge sheet in court is a police sub-inspector or SI. In the Indian Police Force, it is usually ranked. The British introduced it as a police rank in India and other South Asian nations.
At present, most of the youth of our country want to join the police department. For which recruitments are taken out by the department from time to time. In which thousands and lakhs of youth of the country participate, but only a few youth get success.
An SI is in charge of his assigned police station, is in charge of how the station is usually run and is in charge of keeping peace and order in his area of responsibility. SI can look into any case that falls under the jurisdiction of his police station.
However, an SI cannot examine cases assigned to higher-ranking police officers. The constables below them and the more senior members of the police force are also connected through the sub-inspectors.

To prepare for the post of sub-inspector i.e. sub-inspector, it is mandatory for a person to pass in the examination as well as in the physical ability test. By adopting this process continuously, those who meet that set standard, they definitely get success. After passing the written and physical test, the candidate is called for interview.
