How to Get Recruited as a CRPF Driver Job?
The Central Reserve Police Force has announced a CRPF Driver vacancy, applicants are required to apply for the recruitment before the date of the deadline. The steps a candidate needs to follow to be recruited as a CRPF Driver are as follows:
Written Examination
In the first stage of the selection process, a written examination is conducted. The written examination carries 100 questions. The question paper will based on an Objective Multiple Choice Type.
Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency (PET)
Applicants who have qualified the written examination will go to the next step, which is the Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test, for this test candidates need to meet certain criteria including for height, and weight, and must complete a race within a specific duration.
Skill Test
The applicants who also pass the Physical test will move forward to the Skill test. In this test, a candidate will be tested with knowledge and experience of driving trade. The test includes handling, driving, parking, and maintenance of light & heavy vehicles etc.
Document Verification
Applicants who pass the Skill Test are eligible to get recruited. Candidates who have qualified for all the rounds can participate in the document verification process. In this process, the candidates are required to submit original education certificates like Secondary Examinations, residential certificates, etc.
Derailed Medical Examination
Candidates who are selected through Certificate Verification will undergo a medical examination by the Medical Officer/Medical Board organised by the CRPF to check their Physical and Medical aptitude.
Final Merit List and Appointment Process
The CRPF will issue the final merit list, holding the names, roll numbers, dates of birth, categories, states, and remarks of the chosen applicants, after the completion of all selection process stages.
Eligibility Criteria for CRPF Driver 2024

The age of the candidates should range between 21- 27 years. The candidates should not be born earlier than 02/08/1996 and later than 01/08/2002.
