CGC Jhanjeri NIRF Ranking 2024

CGC stands for Chandigarh Group of Colleges which has a brand name allotted to it that stands out in comparison to other colleges. The NIRF rankings which were released recently are evidence of these institute's commitment and dedication to academia and their pledge to equip students with knowledge. Two of its premier institutes — Chandigarh School of Business and Chandigarh Engineering College — have achieved commendable positions, reaffirming CGC Jhanjeri’s commitment to excellence in higher education.
CGC Jhaneri has secured a NAAC A+ accreditation with a CGPA of 3.46/4.0 which solidifies the institute’s position as a well-reputed institution in the country with a heavy emphasis on academic excellence. This accreditation sheds light on the environment of learning that the students thrive in and achieve success in academics. The NAAC A+ accreditation is a standard of recognition that is wealthy in terms of how a college excels in various parameters such as faculty, education, research facilities, campus infrastructure, academically rigorous curriculum and the demand for internships that is mandated by its students.
This College has also been ranked by the Times Engineering Ranking. It has ranked 2nd in Punjab among engineering colleges in 2024. Chandigarh Engineering College and Chandigarh School of Business have also been awarded by NAAC with a grade of A+ in the first cycle with a CGPA of 3.46/4.00, which shows the academic excellence of these institutions.

The NIRF ranking is given by the Ministry of Education to the colleges present in the country annually. Chandigarh Engineering College’s NIRF 2024 ranking speaks volumes for the institution with a ranking of 201 - 300th in the Engineer category across PAN India. The Chandigarh School of Business has emerged as a leader in business education by securing a place in the 101-125 Band in the NIRF 2024 rankings. This rank poses the fact that CGC Jhaneri has made its mark considering the numerous engineering colleges and the intensity of competition by other engineering colleges in the country. This ranking of CGC Jhaneri highlights its methods of teaching, placements to students, collaborations with industries nationally and internationally, and the overarching influence on its students' academics and career prospects in engineering.
