CEPT University Full Form is Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University.  CEPT University Ahmedabad is an academic institution located in Ahmedabad, India offering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in areas of natural and developed environment of human society and related disciplines. CEPT Ahmedabad was commenced in 1962.  Ahmedabad Education Society with the assistance of the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat established the institiution. Earlier, CEPT College was affiliated with the Hemachandracharya North Gujarat University at Patan. In 2005 CEPT was granted University status by the Government of Gujarat. The university is approved by UGC and AICTE.  CEPT is recognised as the Scientific and Industrial Research Organization by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research. The university is accredited by COA. The CEPT University Ahmedabad, through its four schools of study and five faculties, offers UG, PG, and PhD courses to students. Also, CEPT University Placement has a decent track record. The major fields include:
