Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (BSc MLT) is a three-year undergraduate program divided into six semesters. The candidates are taught several facets of healthcare in this course. Throughout the course, the students do a variety of diagnostic studies on body fluids, including hematology, bacteriology, immunologic, chemical, and microscopic ones. The full form of BSc MLT- Bachelor of Science in Medical Lab Technology. BSc MLT is a full-time three-year UG degree program. This course focuses on various aspects of health care. Aspirants Perform various diagnostic analysis on body fluids, including hematology, bacteriology, immunologic, chemical and microscopic etc. Important subjects that are taught in the program include Clinical Endocrinology and Toxicology Lab, Diagnostic Molecular Biology Lab, Diagnostic Cytology etc. The main objective of the BSc MLT course is to teach various testing methods that are followed while conducting tests without any errors such as blood test, blood typing, urine analysis and other tests. The course offers study of diagnosing the disease by utilizing a clinical laboratory.

As far as educational qualification is concerned, you must have passed 12th examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects. Some colleges may also demand a certain minimum percentage of marks at this level that can be anywhere between 55% to 60%.
