Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board has declared the result for the Administrative Officer (AO) post. The board published the result and and cut-off marks for the Administrative Officer post. The results are announced for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Examination. Candidates can check their results through the official website of ASRB. To be eligible for the next round of interviews, the candidate must clear the cut-off of the Tier I and Tier II examinations. Candidates can’t be eligible for the Interview call round without clearing both examinations. Along with the cut-off requirements, the candidate also satisfies all the eligibility criteria. The final selection of the candidate will be determined by the candidate’s performance in all three stages of the selection process.

Step 2: Fill in the login details – Roll no. and DOB and click on the log-in button.
Step 3: Check your result and download it for future reference.
Candidates must check their details carefully and cut off marks. After the interview, all the candidates are ranked by ASRB based on total marks scored in Tier-1 and Interview rounds and then prepared a merit list of selected candidates. Those who scored equivalent to or higher than the cut-off marks are qualified to move forward with the selection procedure for the post of Administrative Official

In case two or more candidates get the same aggregate marks (marks in Tier-2 examination + Interview Test), ASRB will prepare the merit list on tie-breaker rules-
1. The candidate senior in age will be given a higher rank
2. In case of the same age and same marks, ASRB will release a merit list in alphabetical order of candidates’ names.
Exam Pattern
Tier-1 Exam
The exam consists of an Objective multiple-choice paper of 200 questions of one mark each. The exam is conducted for 3 hours. It consists of 4 sections. Each section consists of 50 questions. The marks secured in this paper are only for qualifying. Following are the description of each section-
Tier-2 Exam
It is a Descriptive Exam. It consists of 4 papers. Each paper carries 150 marks and each one is conducted for 3 hours. The total written marks for the Tier 2 stage is 600. Following are detailed descriptions of each paper-
Interview
Following these 2 exams, a structured Interview is conducted in the ratio of 5 candidates for each vacancy (category-wise) based on their merit in Tier-II. The interview is of 100 marks.
Final merit is being prepared on the aggregate marks obtained in the Tier-2 exam and Interview round (i.e. 700 marks).

Ans. A candidate must be 21 years old for the Administrative Officer post exams and must not be more than 30 years old. There is upper-age relaxation for SC or ST candidates up to a maximum of 5 years, up to a maximum of 3 years for OBC, and up to a maximum of 10 years for PwBD candidates.
