AP POLYCET Counselling 2024, Seat Allotment, Document Verification, and Important Dates

APPOLYCET 2024 Counselling has been released through the online mode on the official website of AP POLYCET. Candidates can visit the official website and check the released notification. AP POLYCET 2024 Counselling Process has been announced on May 24, 2024, through online mode. Candidates who qualified for the exam must process the payment of the counselling fee from May 24, 2024, to June 02, 2024.
APPOLYCET 2024 Certificate verification began from 27 May 2024 and the last date for the same is 06 June 2024. The AP POLYCET seat allotment process was initiated on July 16 2024 by the concerned authority through online mode only.
APPOLYCET 2024 dates of certificate verification were announced to start from July 11 to July 13, 2024. A total of 120 questions were posed, including 30 each from physics and chemistry and 60 from mathematics. On May 08, 2024, the AP POLYCET 2024 results were made public.

APPOLYCET Counselling Process 2024
The comprehensive counselling process for AP POLYCET 2024 is explained to the applicants step-by-step in order to prevent candidates from being perplexed about what to do after they are asked to participate in the counselling process:
Step 1 - Online Registration Process
To participate in the AP POLYCET web-based counselling, candidates must sign up for it. Candidates must visit the official AP POLYCET website and study all of the instructions before starting the online registration process. Step 3 - Entering and Choosing Options
This stage carries the most weight in the counselling process for the AP POLYCET. At this point, candidates must choose their preferences utilizing the online option that is made available to them. When submitting their choices, candidates will be requested to rank their preferences in order of priority. The information from the rank list from the previous year is also available to the candidates on the same page, which will help them as they complete the choice form. Candidates must print a copy of the form they used to fill up their preferences after submitting their preferences.
Step 4 - Allotment of Seats
The itinerary available on the AP POLYCET's official website will serve as the starting point for the seating assignment process. AP POLYCET 2024 Provisional Allotment Letter Downloading Steps
Applicants must follow the steps below to obtain the AP POLYCET 2024 provisional allotment letter:
- The Provisional Seat Allotment letter for AP POLYCET 2024 will be posted on the official AP POLYCET website.
- Before clicking the Submit button on the student login page, candidates must enter valid information such as their hall ticket number, ICR form number, date of birth, and password.
- The Provisional Allotment Letter will be displayed on the computer screen.
- Candidates must download the form and bring a coloured printout of it with them to be admitted.
- Certificate Verification for AP POLYCET 2024 (For Not Verified Candidates)

- Bonafide/ Study certificate (From Class 3rd till 10th)
- Xth grade mark sheet or equivalent

If there are still a certain number of open seats after the Web-based counselling rounds, the authorities will conduct the spot-round seat allocation process. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the AP POLYCET 2024 spot round:
- The AP POLYCET 2024 entrance exam should have been passed.
- AP POLYCET 2023 Admissions should not have been used to gain admission to any Polytechnic Institute.
