What is AP EAMCET 2023?

The Andhra Pradesh EAMCET is a state-level exam that allows students to gain admission to professional programs in pharmacy, engineering, and agriculture. The exam is now known as the AP EAMCET. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) administers the exam on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). To be considered for admission to these programs, candidates must pass the AP EAMCET exam.

• Candidates who meet the following criteria are eligible for AP EAMCET counseling:
• Candidates must pass the AP EAMCET 2023 examination and obtain a rank to be eligible for AP EAMCET web-based counselling 2023.
• Should have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination.
• Other Category (General) candidates must obtain at least 45% (44.5% or higher) in group subjects.
• Candidates from the reserved categories (BC/SC/ST) must obtain at least 40% (39.5%) in group subjects.
• All candidates must be at least 16 years old.

AP EAMCET Counselling 2023: Required Documents

At the time of counselling, all original certificates, as well as two sets of xerox copies, must be produced. The following important documents will be required during AP EAMCET document verification: 

• AP EAMCET 2023 Rank Card
• AP EAMCET-2023 Admit Card
• Memorandum of Marks (Inter or it's equivalent).
• Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo).
• Transfer Certificate ( T.C)
• Study Certificate from standard VI to Intermediate
• Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
• In the case of Non-Local Candidates, Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for a period of ten years, excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar.
• Aadhar Card (which will be returned following verification).
• In the case of BC/ST/SC, the competent authority issues an Integrated Community Certificate.
• Parents' income certificates from all sources issued on or after January 1, 2016 or White Ration card (candidate name and either parent's name must be reflected in the ration card) for those claiming tuition fee reimbursement
• If applicable, a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana within five years of the 2nd of June 2014 shall be considered a local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
• Candidates claiming NCC/Sports/PH/CAP reservations must bring their original certificates.

AP EAMCET Counselling 2023 

• Visit the official website - sche.ap.gov.in and choose "EAPCET-2022 ADMISSIONS".
• Take part in the AP EAMCET 2022 counselling process.
• Enter your registration ID and password to gain access.
• Finish the application proof and upload the required documents.
• Payment of the application fee
• If necessary, print a hard copy of the AP EAMCET 2023 Counselling application form after downloading it.

Step 1: AP EAMCET Registration and Fee Payment

 The processing fee for counselling must be paid by all eligible candidates. The counseling fee must be paid online (via credit/debit/net banking). Following the transaction, the candidates will receive an SMS confirming the same. Use a computer at home or an internet cafe with an Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher browser to pay the processing fee.

Steps to Pay the AP EAMCET Counselling Fees:

• Go to the official website.
• Select the Processing fee payment online option.
• To make a payment, candidates must enter their AP EAMCET hall ticket 2023 number and exam rank, then click the OK button.
• The phrase 'Pay Fee Online' will appear on the screen. When the candidates click on it, they will be directed to the payment gateway.
• Pay the fee using an online payment gateway.
• Note the reference number for future use, or print the fee payment receipt by clicking the Print button.

Step 2:  Verification of Candidate's Documents

 The authorities will conduct the document verification process for candidates who paid the AP EAMCET 2023 counselling fee. For the convenience of the candidates, the authorities will conduct document verification both online and offline.

Step 3: Exercising AP EAMCET Choice FIlling 

Candidates who exercise their options must select colleges and courses they wish to attend and arrange them in order of preference. Candidates must generate a new password using the credentials sent to their mobile number in order to fill out the options.

• Enter the Registration Number, Hall Ticket Number, Rank, and Date of Birth [DD/MM/YYYY format] as printed on the document verification receipt.
• Make a new password, save it, and then log out.
• Candidates must log in again to exercise their options by entering their ID, hall ticket number, password, and date of birth.
• Candidates will be issued an OTP.
• They can check the list of available institutes and courses on the screen after entering the OTP. 
• Candidates may choose as many institutes and courses as they wish in the order of their preference.
• Option choices can be added, deleted, and modified an unlimited number of times until the last day of exercising option entry. 
• Following that, the options will be frozen.

Step 4: AP EAMCET 2023 Seat Allotment

The result of the AP EAMCET seat allotment 2023 will be announced in September 2023, tentatively. The authority conducts the allotment based on merit, category, candidate reservation, selected preferences, and the availability of seats in participating institutes. Allotted candidates must log into their individual candidate accounts to download their allotment letter. If candidates are happy with their assigned seat, they must confirm their admission by self-reporting and then reporting to their respective institutes. Candidates who self-report but do not report to the assigned institute will be disqualified but will be permitted to participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling. Candidates who fail to do both will be barred from participating in any subsequent rounds of counseling. 

Step 5: Reporting at Institute Allotted 

Candidates must visit the assigned institute in accordance with the AP EAMCET counseling schedule 2023. They must bring the AP EAMCET 2023 seat allotment letter, as well as any other required documents.
