Animation Course after 12th - Admission Process

An entrance exam is usually used to determine admission to the B.Des program in animation. For example, CUCET, SHIATS, JMI Entrance Exam, etc. In that scenario, the applicant must complete the application and take the entrance exam. The candidates for admission will then be narrowed down based on their exam results.  Nonetheless, a lot of institutions also accept applications for admission to the B.Des program based on the results of the 10+2 qualifying exam.

Success on the 10+2 qualifying exam is a major factor in admission to the B.Sc. program. The majority of the time, admission to diploma and certificate programs is based on 10+2 results. One of the most popular courses for those wishing to study animation is the Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA). Merit-based admissions are frequently used in BVA courses in animation.

It should be noted by applicants that enrollment in certificate and diploma programs is limited and is determined by first-come, first-served. This implies that even if a candidate has a higher cumulative score in 10+2, he or she may not be admitted if seats are filled.
