About B.Ed. Syllabus 

The B.Ed syllabus consists of 3 sections are Engagement with the field, Curriculum and Pedagogic Studies, and Perspectives in Education. B.Ed 1st Year Syllabus

There are two semesters in the B.Ed. First Year Syllabus. The first semester syllabus for B.Ed. includes courses like Understanding ICT and Its Application and Pedagogy of School Subject-1, Part I. The B.Ed. First Year Syllabus has a total score of 325. Each of the three sections—Childhood and Growing Up, Modern India, and Education—has 100 marks. These are the only subjects that have a grade of 100.

B.Ed. Syllabus: Distance Education

B.Ed. Eligibility 2024

To be eligible for B.Ed. admissions- 

  • Candidates must have earned their bachelor's degree in any stream (arts, science, or commerce), 50 to 55 percent of the required scores for the courses are at the bachelor's level.
  • Candidates from the arts, business, and sciences can select their specialization depending on their bachelor's degree programs.

UP B.Ed. Entrance Exam Syllabus

The test is given offline in two shifts, the first in the morning and the second in the evening. There are 200 Objective type questions in both Paper-1 and Paper-2. Each paper takes 3 hours to complete, for a total of 6 hours. Each paper has two portions, each divided into four.
